The Role

• Prospect new business and follow up on assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and develop strategic solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with commercial clients by understanding their needs and providing practical, innovative solutions.
• Clearly explain recommended services, address customer questions, and set expectations for pest management programs.
• Utilize provided technology and sales tools to manage agreements and maintain organization.
• Prioritize safety, professionalism, and integrity in all customer and coworker interactions.

What You'll Need

• No prior experience required; sales experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to obtain the necessary pesticide license or certification (company-sponsored).
• Willingness to work independently in the field and interact with diverse clients.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including ladder use, lifting, and accessing various property environments.
