The Role

• Represent a premium window and door brand at retail locations, trade shows, and local events.
• Engage with potential customers, generating interest in high-quality window and door solutions.
• Qualify leads by converting conversations into in-home consultation appointments.
• Set up and maintain professional and visually appealing product displays.
• Connect with shoppers to provide information and create a positive brand experience.

What You'll Need

• Reliable transportation to travel to various event and retail locations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyment of engaging with new people.
• Confidence to handle rejection and persist in engaging potential customers.
• The ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs for display setup.
• Possession of a smartphone and availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
