Sales Representative (Full Time / Retail)

We are Titus-Will Automotive Group in Tacoma, Olympia, Lakewood, and Parkland! Titus-Will is a trusted, family-owned and operated business since 1938, and is a fun place to work! We are also one of the largest and top-selling dealership groups in Pierce and Thurston County, and are looking for sales reps to join our family as we continue to grow!
25-40% commission of payable vehicle gross profit based on volume or minimum wage if earned commission is less than Washington State minimum wage

• At least 1 year of sales experience and/or at least 1 year of customer-facing customer service experience
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Bring your ‘A game’ and a positive attitude to work with you every single day
