Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Vice President, Information Technology & Cybersecurity to lead enterprise IT operations, cybersecurity strategy, and AI governance for a global technology organization. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving IT strategy, security, compliance, cloud infrastructure, and business continuity while partnering with executive leadership to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and service delivery.
- Define and execute the organization's cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management initiatives.
- Oversee incident response, vulnerability management, identity and access management, and security operations.
- Develop AI governance policies and ensure secure adoption of AI technologies.
- Manage IT and security budgets, vendor relationships, and technology roadmaps.
- Lead global teams across IT, infrastructure, applications, and information security.
- Partner with executive leadership, customers, and stakeholders to communicate technology strategy and risk.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in IT and cybersecurity leadership, including 5+ years in a Director-level or higher role.
- Experience leading both enterprise IT operations and cybersecurity programs.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and SOC 2.
- Expertise in incident response, IAM, vulnerability management, and enterprise security.
- Proven experience managing global teams, budgets, and strategic vendor relationships.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CCISO certification.
- Experience with AI governance frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001).
- Background in SaaS or enterprise software organizations.
- Experience supporting global operations and customer security reviews.
