Job Description
- 10+ years of Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM/SPM) experience.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud (ICM) and Oracle Sales Cloud (CX).
- Experience leading requirements gathering, solution design, CRP, SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud integrations (OIC/MuleSoft/REST APIs preferred).
- Strong understanding of compensation plans, commissions, incentive programs, and Oracle Sales Performance Management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
