We are seeking an experienced Network Architect / Senior Network Engineer with strong expertise in Cisco Meraki SD-WAN, Aruba Switching & Wireless, and Enterprise Network Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, deploying, troubleshooting, and optimizing large-scale enterprise networks supporting 10,000+ nodes across multiple locations.

This role requires hands-on experience with network architecture, enterprise routing and switching, wireless technologies, network security, disaster recovery planning, and infrastructure deployment activities including racking and stacking of network equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise-wide network infrastructure solutions.
• Deploy and manage Cisco Meraki SD-WAN environments across multiple sites.
• Configure and support Aruba Switching and Aruba Wireless solutions.
• Perform physical installation, racking, stacking, cabling, and deployment of network equipment.
• Design scalable enterprise network architectures for large distributed environments.
• Provide Level 3 and Level 4 troubleshooting support for complex network issues.
• Lead network modernization, migration, refresh, and transformation projects.
• Develop and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity strategies.
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and network optimization.
• Monitor network health and proactively identify potential issues.
• Implement network security controls and best practices.
• Work closely with data center, cloud, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and operational procedures.
• Support change management, incident management, and root cause analysis activities.

Required Skills

Must-Have Skills

• 8-15+ years of Network Engineering/Network Architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in Cisco Meraki SD-WAN.
• Hands-on experience with Aruba Switching.
• Hands-on experience with Aruba Wireless technologies.
• Experience performing physical racking and stacking of network equipment.
• Strong Cisco networking background.
• Deep understanding of:

  • Enterprise Wireless
  • Network Security
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise networks (10,000+ nodes).
• Advanced troubleshooting experience (L3/L4).
• Network architecture and solution design experience.
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning.
• Capacity planning and performance optimization.
• Experience with network monitoring and infrastructure projects.
