Project Coordinator

Job Description:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to gather and anticipate their needs, translating these into project requirements for FWA solutions.
• Meeting Management and Documentation: Take and maintain detailed notes from meetings, ensuring effective follow-up communication with core team members.
• Defect Tracking and Resolution: Identify, track, and prioritize defects impacting FWA services. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive defects to timely resolution.
• Action Item and Risk Management: Create and maintain an action item registry, outlining roles, responsibilities, tasks, risks, and follow-ups.
• Timeline and Dependency Tracking: Develop and manage project timelines with input from various teams. Track project dependencies and interdependencies, identifying risks and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Metrics and Performance Measurement: Measure and track project progress using various project management metrics, ensuring project goals are met effectively.
• Executive Communication: Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, Gantt charts, and project status reports. Regularly communicate progress and outcomes to leadership.
• Platform Evangelism: Advocate for the FWA solutions’ vision, mission, and value to stakeholders across the business, ensuring alignment and engagement.
• Collaboration with Project and Product Managers: Align schedules, action items, roles/responsibilities, and risk management plans with other project and product managers on the team.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in project management, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and project delivery.
• Strong understanding of FWA solutions and related project requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects, schedules, open items, risks, and metrics.
• Effective communicator with experience creating executive presentations and using project management tools (Gantt charts, action item registries, etc.).
• Knowledge of project dependency tracking and risk management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive resolution across teams.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Note: GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed Toronto, ON to be $ 120,000 to $125,000 and reflects base salary only.
