Role Summary

The Project Manager will lead project lifecycle phases—from planning to completion—ensuring successful delivery of technology initiatives. They will work closely with business and technical teams to coordinate activities, manage risks, and communicate progress. This role is critical for delivering large-scale transformation projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation and planning through execution and closure.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Oversee Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, enhancement, or transformation efforts.
• Use Azure DevOps to track work and project delivery.
• Coordinate activities across business, technical, and third-party teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate project meetings, maintaining clear status updates and documentation.
• Drive accountability among project teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Support enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager leading complex technology projects.
• Previous experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for project tracking and delivery.
• Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on proactive issue resolution.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or enterprise technology transformations is highly preferred.
