The Role • Assembly of steel structures in medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations (up to 380kV) • Installation of high-voltage and medium-voltage equipment and electrical systems • Installation of components such as high-voltage clamps, suspension, and support insulators • Assembly and disassembly of screwed and pressed connections, including pipe and cable installation with winches • Revision of technical drawings by marking changes What You'll Need • Completed training as a locksmith, metalworker, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, plant mechanic, or equivalent qualification • Experience in locksmithing, ideally within construction, mechanical engineering, energy technology, or the metal processing industry • Preferably experience with electrical systems • Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to project sites with a personal vehicle • Readiness for regular on-site assignments from Monday to Thursday in Northeast Germany, including overnight stays and a preference for carpooling • Good German language skills and an independent, motivated work ethic What's On Offer • Permanent employment with a growing group • Competitive salary and benefits, including holiday and Christmas bonuses • 30 days of annual leave • Opportunities for further training and development at the company's academy • Company mobile phone and modern equipment Apply via Haystack today!
