Join our team as an IT Security Specialist in a hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX, or Jersey City, NJ. This contract position requires expertise in network security and operational support, with a focus on maintaining and enhancing security protocols. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network technologies and a proactive approach to identifying vulnerabilities and improving network observability.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operational aspects of network security products.
• Collaborate on security-related network components such as firewalls and proxies.
• Conduct proactive network reviews and disaster recovery testing.
• Document application flows and maintain up-to-date runbooks.
• Promote production governance and design standards adherence.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience with network protocols and technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex networking issues.
• Experience with configuration management tools and advanced network tooling.
• Excellent communication and client interfacing skills.
