Description

• Design and support enterprise network security solutions, including firewalls and content filtering.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
• Execute changes in alignment with ITIL and Change Management practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for design requirements and production support transitions.
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage network security service requests and maintain data quality standards.
• Analyze requests, prioritize delivery dates, and execute changes within approved windows.
• Create and implement firewall and content filtering configurations.
• Support incident resolution through configuration changes.
• Act as a consultant for network security technologies.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in network security or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with firewall technologies.
• Experience managing web content filtering infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of network-based technologies and protocols.
• Industry certifications in network security or related technologies.
