CIAM (ForgeRock Support)

Job Summary

We are looking for a ForgeRock CIAM Engineer with strong hands-on experience implementing, integrating, troubleshooting, and supporting the ForgeRock Identity Platform. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of CIAM, digital identity journeys, authentication, authorization, and identity protocols and experience integrating identity solutions with customer-facing applications and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and support ForgeRock Identity Platform solutions.
• Work hands-on with ForgeRock AM (Access Management), IDM (Identity Management), IG (Identity Gateway), and DS (Directory Services).
• Develop and enhance CIAM solutions supporting customer registration, authentication, authorization, account management, and identity journeys.
• Implement and troubleshoot SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, and related identity protocols.
• Integrate ForgeRock with web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and enterprise/customer-facing systems.
• Configure authentication journeys, policies, sessions, tokens, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot issues related to authentication, authorization, SSO, tokens, sessions, and application integrations.
• Work with web technologies and understand browser behavior, cookies, CORS, redirects, HTTP sessions, and security headers.
• Support production identity environments and resolve incidents and integration issues.
• Collaborate with application developers, security teams, architects, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in enhancements, upgrades, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of CIAM solutions.
• Document technical configurations, integrations, troubleshooting procedures, and operational processes.

• Experience with CI/CD and cloud-based identity deployments.
• Knowledge of LDAP/directory concepts.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
