Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce FSC Lead to lead large-scale Salesforce initiatives for our client, BMO. This role requires a seasoned technical leader who can drive Salesforce strategy while remaining hands-on with platform development and architecture. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), strong leadership capabilities, and experience managing enterprise Salesforce delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 20+ Salesforce developers across onshore and offshore locations.
  • Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce platform architecture.
  • Define and execute the Salesforce technology strategy and roadmap for enterprise programs.
  • Manage multiple Agile teams and coordinate delivery across parallel workstreams.
  • Drive platform resiliency, scalability, governance, and engineering best practices.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and deliver business value.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead teams through organizational change and evolving business priorities.
  • Ensure successful end-to-end delivery of large Salesforce transformation programs.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of overall IT experience with significant Salesforce leadership experience.
  • Proven experience leading large Salesforce engineering teams (15–30+ developers).
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:
    • Salesforce Apex
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Salesforce Integrations
    • Salesforce Platform Architecture
  • Experience defining Salesforce strategy and technology roadmaps.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies.
  • Mandatory experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services domains.
  • Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce Architect or other senior-level Salesforce certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) platform ownership experience.
  • Experience delivering large, multi-workstream Salesforce transformation programs.
  • Strong background in platform resiliency, scalability, and engineering maturity initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams.
