Sr ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities across multiple modules
Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and related technologies
Create and enhance modern user experiences using ServiceNow platform capabilities and UI frameworks
Develop and maintain ServiceNow customizations including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer Components
Configure and automate business workflows, approvals, notifications, and service delivery processes
Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow platform, integration, and workflow issues
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and platform administrators to define and implement solutions
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance policies, and platform best practices
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, technical documentation, testing, deployment, and support activities
Support Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, development, testing, and release activities
Evaluate and implement AI-enabled workflow automation opportunities within the ServiceNow platform
Contribute to enterprise automation, digital transformation, and service management initiatives

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
ServiceNow Certified Integration Specialist
ServiceNow Micro-Certifications (Flow Designer, Integration Hub, or AI capabilities)
Agile or Scrum Certification
