Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as overall technical lead for Bid IQ Pricing Engine Guidance Engine and Enabler Switch support
• Lead P1P2 incident bridges and critical production escalations
• Drive RCA reviews and preventive actions
• Coordinate releases deployments and postproduction validations
• Guide offshore support engineers and cloud engineers
• Participate in governance reviews service reporting and client leadership meetings
• Support minor enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Own transition KT validation and operational readiness activities
