Web Developer with Security Clearance

Position Summary

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain custom web applications, data-visualization dashboards, and dynamic information displays supporting USARCENT command situational awareness, data access, and communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and deploy full-stack web applications ranging from scripts to interactive user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain integrations with authorized data sources and services through REST APIs.
• Create and sustain dynamic dashboards and information displays for command facilities.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using modern web standards including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Implement server-side logic and database schemas supporting secure, reliable application functionality.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, patch, and update custom applications and tools.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture, API specifications, and user guides.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional full-stack web application development and sustainment experience.
• Demonstrated front-end proficiency and experience building responsive, interactive interfaces.
• Proficiency in one or more common server-side programming languages.
• Experience developing, consuming, and integrating web services and APIs.
• Ability to meet applicable DoD 8570.01-M / DoD 8140 baseline certification requirements for assigned IAT functions.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to maintain the required security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD or another government environment.

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform contract requirements and communicate effectively with Government and contractor personnel.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and conduct appropriate to a U.S. Army headquarters environment.
• Must comply with applicable security, information-assurance, training, access, and contractor-identification requirements.

About the Opportunity

This is a full-time FalconTek position supporting an awarded U.S. Army Central staff-augmentation contract at Shaw AFB. The employee will work as a contractor member of the FalconTek team while supporting the assigned USARCENT staff section. FalconTek is an equal opportunity employer.
