Job Title: Senior Epic Engineer – ODBA
Duration: 330 hours

Epic certifications
Confirm each certification is current, not lapsed, before checking it.
  • Epic ODBA (Operational Database Administrator)
Epic technical skills
  • Epic ODB instantiation
  • Epic ODB mirroring configuration and validation
  • Harbor activation testing: Read-Only, limited Read-Write, deactivation, retest
  • Harbor configuration
  • Epic disaster recovery, IRE, or Harbor project experience
  • Production mirroring and data introduction runbook writing
  • Epic support escalation without sharing PHI
AWS cloud infrastructure skills
  • AWS storage and data protection for database workloads — ODBA engineer
Project delivery skills
  • As-built documentation and runbook writing
  • Knowledge transfer to customer technical staff
Team-wide requirements (every hire)
Check each item only when all five hires meet it.
  • U.S.-based and available U.S. business hours
  • Available through Thanksgiving and year-end holidays
  • Passed a healthcare-grade background check
  • Accepted the no-PHI delivery model in writing
  • Reviewed the SOW scope (no commercials) under NDA
  • Confirmed in writing that their portion can be delivered by December 31, 2026
  • Contract signed with the hard stop and delivery date written in
