Salesforce Developer

Experience: 3–6 Years

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Contract

Role Description:

Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems in Salesforce, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.

Key activities:

Assist in developing and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools
Support configuration tasks including workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and reports
Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and help document technical specifications.
Troubleshoot issues, perform unit testing, and support deployments through established change-management processes
Maintain compliance with federal security, accessibility, and documentation standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet user needs and agency policies

Qualifications:
