Job Description

Full Stack Engineer (Angular/React + Java/Go + AWS) - St. Louis, MO

Client: Mastercard
Location: O’Fallon, MO (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week / Locals only)
Duration: 6 Months (Extension possible based on budget)

 

Candidate must be local to St. Louis MO and have strong working experience on (Angular / React + Java/ GO + AWS) 

Over All 12+ years of experience candidate and should share a local government-issued ID card. 

Job Description:

Mastercard is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to build and enhance a cloud-native payment orchestration platform. The role focuses on developing scalable microservices, integrating backend APIs with mobile SDKs, and building AI-powered solutions using AWS cloud technologies.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Golang and/or Java, Python, and REST APIs.

  • Expertise in AWS ECS, Fargate, AWS Graviton/ARM64, and cloud-native architecture.

  • Experience with Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore Runtime for AI-native engineering.

  • Hands-on experience with Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation.

  • Knowledge of microservices, Kubernetes, and end-to-end application troubleshooting.

  • Frontend experience with Angular and/or React is a plus.

Additional Details:

  • Must be available to work onsite 3 days per week in O’Fallon, MO.
