Quality ManagerSouth Nowra, NSW $100,000 - $130,000 + Super (DOE) Monday to Friday Flexible Start Times

We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join a growing manufacturing organisation based in South Nowra. This role offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of quality systems within a regulated environment, supporting both compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Quality, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and act as the on-site Quality lead when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve QMS within a regulated manufacturing environment
• Oversee document control, deviations, CAPAs, and change management processes
• Support batch review and product release activities
• Conduct internal audits and assist with external and regulatory audits
• Lead investigations relating to quality issues, non-conformances, and complaints
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business
• Provide training and guidance to operational teams on quality standards

About You

• Degree-qualified in Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in a GMP-regulated environment
• Strong understanding of quality systems, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Experience managing investigations and root cause analysis
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Experience within food, pharmaceutical, or complementary medicines manufacturing is highly regarded
