Must Have Skills:

ProjectManagement Skills : Risk and issue management, Change management.

CommunicationSkills : Requirement gathering and Presentation skills, Stakeholdermanagement.

TechnicalSkills : Proven ability to understand Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps, Power BI, SharePoint

Microsoft Excel.

Governance& Compliance : Expertise in PMOgovernance frameworks, Project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall,Hybrid).

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in Business & Strategy : Experience with PMO Governance, Portfolio Management, Agile/ScrumMethodologies, Risk & Issue Management, Stakeholder Management, ResourcePlanning, Budget Tracking.

Knowledge of Learning : Familiarity with ChangeManagement, Process Improvement, Executive Reporting, Vendor Management, andStrategic Planning.

Advanced Technical Skills : Exposure to Power BI, Advanced Excel, Microsoft Project, Jira,Azure DevOps.

LeadershipSkills : Experience in Peoplemanagement, Organizational influence, Executive stakeholder engagement.
