Job Description:
Client requires the services of 2 Support Technician 1, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Support Technician 1, Technical Services, Help Desk and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• To assist in the manual labor and support associated with the computer/docking station refresh project.
• These staff would be performing the day-to-day work of imaging, replacing the computers and migrating the data.
• The process by which this is performed will be provided by the agency.
• These staff will be part of a team which include an agency subject matter expert, and a project manager to coordinate and lead the work. Windows 11 technical support experience would be helpful but is not required

 
Required Skills:

• 1 Years Required Skill in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines. Knowledge of personal computers, components, printers and microcomputers terms. Ability to work cooperatively with others in a professional work environment.
• 1 Years Required Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Prepares or assists in the preparation of service record documentation.
• 1 Years Required Provides technical assistance and support for applications and hardware problems. Installs, maintains, moves, and assists in testing and upgrading new and existing hardware/software. Maintains the necessary security controls over software.
• 1 Years Required Ability to provide excellent customer services. Ability to lift and relocate 30 lbs
• 1 Years Required Installs, maintains, moves, and assists in testing and upgrading new and existing hardware and software. Maintains the necessary security controls over software.
• 1 Years Required Experience using WordPerfect, MS Office Suite. Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems. Skill in effective oral and written communication
• 1 Years Required Assists in monitoring and providing assistance on the use and interface of systems, subsystems, and software applications. May be responsible for accessing data from and transferring data to various local, state, or federal databases.
• 1 Years Required Knowledge of the practices, principles, and techniques of computer operations, of information systems, of computer software and hardware, and of information security policies and procedures.
• 1 Years Required Skill in the use and support of personal computers, in the use of applicable programs and systems, and in troubleshooting information systems. Ability to operate information technology systems and communicate effectively.
• 1 Years Required Education: Graduation from high school or equivalent

 
Preferred Skills:

• 1 Years Preferred Windows 11 technical support experience.
