Job Summary: Senior PLSQL Technical Resource

Location: Kansas city, KS 

Duration: 6 Months+

The PL/SQL Technical Consultant will help in extracting data needed for data migration as well design, develop, test, and maintain application solutions using Oracle PL/SQL. This role needs knowledge of stored procedures, packages, functions, and database objects involved in PaaS solutions built on Oracle HCM Fusion cloud application. The developer will work closely with Data Migration & integration architects, OIC developers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver robust, high‑quality data and integration solutions across enterprise systems.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and advanced SQL development, to extract data from enterprise applications.

Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM Application

Experience working with Oracle Cloud integrations, including Oracle Fusion SaaS APIs, OIC payload structures, staging tables, and processes that interact with OIC flows.

Strong debugging and problem‑solving abilities, including log analysis, tracing failures, and resolving complex database and integration-related defects.

Ability to interpret business requirements and perform accurate data mapping between PL/SQL logic, enterprise systems, and Oracle SaaS applications.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, functional stakeholders, architects, and project managers.
