Banking & Finance Associate Attorney
Corporate / Transactional Department Employment Type: Full-Time
A well-established and highly respected law firm is seeking a high-performing associate attorney (2-5 years of experience) to join its Corporate/Transactional Department , with a concentration in commercial banking and finance . This is an opportunity for a motivated associate to step into meaningful responsibility early , work directly with experienced partners, and play a key role in sophisticated, market-driven transactions .

The ideal candidate has experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in commercial finance matters, including loan documentation , review of real estate and other collateral , and transaction-level due diligence . Beyond technical skills, we are seeking a business-minded lawyer -someone who enjoys solving complex issues, anticipates client needs, and delivers practical, solutions-oriented advice. In this role, you will manage multiple matters with increasing autonomy, draft and negotiate core deal documents , and serve as a trusted point of contact for clients.
