Job Description

PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies, part of PCC Structurals, seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for its precision manufacturing facility. In this hands-on role, you will partner with plant leadership on workforce planning, staffing, and organizational effectiveness, supporting teams that produce mission-critical aerospace and industrial components. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance. You will administer compensation and benefits programs, coordinate training and safety-related HR initiatives, and maintain HRIS records and metrics. This role is central to sustaining a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement, and accountability while offering growth within a global, stable organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR operations for a manufacturing plant, aligning practices with corporate policies and site goals
  • Partner with plant leadership on workforce planning, staffing, and organizational design
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and orientation for hourly and salaried employees
  • Administer performance management, coaching managers on feedback and development plans
  • Oversee employee relations, investigations, and corrective actions to ensure fair, consistent practices
  • Support compensation and benefits processes, including job evaluations and merit reviews
  • Coordinate training, safety-related HR programs, and skills development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and labor regulations
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records, metrics, and HR reporting for leadership
  • Drive culture, engagement, communication, and change management initiatives across the site
