Job Description:
  • As per HM, the top skill for this role is - Robotics, PLC and machine experience. HM is open for candidates who are fresh out of college or some hands-on experience with Robotics and PLC will also work.
  • PLC Toyupuc & Aamaron – Team does not use Allen Bradley & Siemens but open for candidates who have them.
  • On-site robot programming and interlocking.
  • Develop equipment countermeasures during set up/trials
  • Prepare and confirm new Body weld equipment at the vendors
  • Ability to Rent a vehicle (Driver’s License).
  • Location: TMMTX (San Antonio, TX)
  • Travel: 66% - (Texas/ Baha California) KY, IN, MS, Canada. Japan option is very less.
  • Overtime: 50% - (Weekends/ Shut down period/) As of now its one weekend on/One weekend off.
  • Interview – MS Teams (60) & second round in-person if required.

Job Details:
  • The primary responsibility of this role is to Inspect and confirm new or modified equipment and to prepare that equipment for manufacturing production.
  • On-site robot programming and interlocking.
  • Confirm that new model equipment meets set standards and performs as intended.
  • Prepare and confirm new Body weld equipment at the vendors
  • Support weld machine Seibi activity at North American Manufacturing Companies from installation to start of production
  • Develop equipment countermeasures during set up/trials
  • Engage in travel (or dispatch) to U.S., Canada and/or Mexico NAMCs and suppliers, as well as foreign travel including Japan, Canada, Mexico. Commonly work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to Rent a vehicle (Driver’s License).
  • HM is open for candidates who are fresh out of college and some experience.
  • Added bonus if you have:
  • Degree in Industrial Maintenance related field
  • 3+ years of Automotive experience
  • Experience with mentoring and/or technical training
