The Role • Advise customers with expertise on a wide range of fresh products, including meat, cold cuts, cheese, and delicatessen. • Create appealing displays and prepare exquisite food creations. • Handle product preparation, including trimming and portioning, with precision and care. • Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards. • Independently prepare specialty items according to in-house recipes. What You'll Need • Ideally, a completed apprenticeship as a butcher, meat cutter, or a retail salesperson in the food trade with a focus on butchery. • Genuine enjoyment of interacting with people and a passion for retail. • A reliable, responsible, and team-oriented approach with a strong customer focus. • Willingness to work a flexible shift system, Monday to Saturday between 05:00 and 20:00.
