The Role

• Engage customers with expert advice and create appealing presentations of fresh meat, sausage, and cheese products.
• Skillfully prepare and portion a variety of goods.
• Independently create specialty items according to established recipes.
• Maintain excellent product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards with a keen eye for detail.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a completed apprenticeship as a butcher, meat cutter, or food retail salesperson with a focus on butchery.
• Enthusiasm for customer interaction and a passion for the food retail industry.
• A reliable, responsible, and team-oriented approach with a strong customer focus.
