Job Title: Pega Business Analyst 

Location: Minneapolis, MN // Hybrid

Hybrid: 3-4 days a week onsite

Duration: 6-12+ months Contract

Job Description:

A Pega Business Analyst (often called a Pega Business Architect) bridges the gap between

business stakeholders and technical development teams to design and implement workflow and case

management solutions on the Pega platform.

Required:

Experience: 5 to 8 years of general business analysis experience, with specific hands-on

involvement in Pega implementation projects.

• Methodologies: Strong familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and the Software Development Life

Cycle (SDLC).

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of the Pega Infinity Platform, case management,

workflow automation, and basic integration patterns (REST/SOAP).

• Documentation Tools: Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Visio, Adobe XD, or enterprise

wireframing tools.

• Certifications: Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) certification is highly preferred by

employers.

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a

related field.
