Required Qualifications

  • Strong professional experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Strong experience as a Pega Business Architect.
  • Pega Business Architect Certification is required.
  • Experience managing functional requirements throughout the SDLC.
  • Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
  • Experience documenting business requirements, functional designs, test cases, and training materials.
  • Experience leading test execution and defining solution acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with configuration and deployment of enterprise-level software solutions.
  • Strong business process modeling and change management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical education.
