EHS Incident Investigation & Reporting Specialist

Coordinate environmental, health and safety incident investigations, high-risk event reviews, incident-management processes in Maximo, and regulatory reporting. Partner with HSE, Operations, Legal, Training and leadership to document findings, monitor corrective actions, maintain accurate records and share lessons learned.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support incident investigations, determine investigation scope, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate investigation records, findings and corrective actions, and monitor their completion and quality.
• Coordinate the High Risk Potential Process, facilitate monthly and quarterly reviews, and develop lessons-learned communications.
• Provide Maximo incident-management support, training and coaching; review entries for completeness, accuracy and timeliness.
• Participate in release reviews, validate event classifications and documentation, and update Maximo records as needed.

• S. RIMS and other internal and external incident-reporting requirements by validating and maintaining incident information.
