Job Description

Job Title: Data Entry Analyst - Entry Level

Location: Overland Park, KS (Onsite role)

Contract Length: 03 months (possibility of extension)

 

 

We are looking for a detail-oriented Entry Level Analyst to support document review, data entry, and recordkeeping activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and categorize documents.
  • Compare information across multiple systems and identify discrepancies.
  • Update and maintain records using Microsoft Excel.
  • Handle confidential employee information professionally.
  • Communicate questions or findings to supervisors.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic analytical and data-comparison skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be able to work 100% onsite in Overland Park, KS.

 

Preferred:

  • Experience in HR, data entry, administration, or recordkeeping.
  • Associate s or Bachelor s degree.
