• There will be a Bas well as a Drug Test
• There will also be 2 rounds of TB Test [ paid by the client]

Data Entry Responsibilities

• Receive completed paperwork from technicians after installation is complete..
• Submit WTS Cerner requests for each deployed device. (Hospitals and Clinics, not for Training rooms)
• Update HAM records in ServiceNow for both new and old machines.
• Process old machine name changes
• Maintain and update the Google Master Spreadsheet.
• Enter new device serial numbers and machine types.
• Document installer names and installation dates.
• Verify completion of HAM updates.
• Verify completion of WTS Cerner updates.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all records are accurate and complete.

Objective

• Ensure all device deployment records, asset management updates, and system requests are accurately completed and documented.
• The cutsheets have a designated place to check off when the process has been completed.
