A company in the FMCG industry located in Swedesboro.

Job Description

• Manage and maintain the ERP system to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with departments to identify system requirements and implement solutions.
• Develop and execute system testing to verify functionality and accuracy.
• Provide end-user support and training to maximize system utilization.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, implementing timely resolutions.
• Document processes, configurations, and system changes for reference and compliance.
• Assist in the integration of third-party applications with the ERP system.
• Work with external vendors to address technical needs and upgrades.

The Successful Applicant

A successful ERP Systems Analyst should have:

• Experience with ERP systems in a professional setting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in documenting system processes and configurations.
• Excellent communication skills for user support and training.
• Knowledge of the FMCG industry is a plus.
