Management Analyst

Overview
Job Title: Management Analyst
Location: Remote
Mano Lani LLC is seeking a Management Analyst to support business analysis, data management, reporting, and process improvement activities. This position will assist project teams with reviewing existing processes, analyzing information, preparing documentation, and identifying practical ways to improve day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, comfortable working with data, and able to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical team members.

Key Responsibilities

Review business processes, procedures, and workflows. Collect, organize, validate, and analyze business and program information. Assist with data quality reviews and reconciliation activities. Develop and update procedures, reports, process documentation, and briefing materials. Analyze information from spreadsheets, databases, and other business systems. Track project actions, milestones, issues, and deliverables. Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, charts, and management summaries. Work with analysts, GIS staff, technical teams, and client stakeholders.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, GIS, or a related field. Experience in management analysis, business analysis, program analysis, or a related role. Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, and business information. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prepare clear reports and business documentation. Ability to meet applicable client access requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting real property, facilities, GIS, or asset management programs.
Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS or other GIS applications.
Experience with process improvement or data quality activities.
Experience preparing management reports, metrics, or presentations.
Experience working with government or large enterprise customers.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner.

There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
