What You'll Need • State-certified qualification as an intensive care nurse, or a general nursing qualification with additional intensive care specialization. • Ability to make rapid decisions and work efficiently under pressure. • Possession of a Class B driver's license for flexible deployment. • Demonstrated proficiency in critical care procedures and patient management. • Strong communication and documentation skills.
