The Role

• Performing basic care and engaging in supportive care tasks.
• Carrying out household chores and domestic duties.
• Assisting nursing specialists with care activities or performing nursing tasks as a qualified professional.
• Implementing established standards and quality management guidelines.
• Actively recognizing and responding to the needs and wishes of residents.
• Communicating empathetically, respectfully, and trustfully with residents.

What You'll Need

• Completion of a one-year vocational training program in elder care OR several years of experience in the field.
• Strengths in teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
• Readiness to familiarize yourself with computer-aided care process documentation systems.
• Demonstrated empathy and social competence in interactions with residents.
