The Role

• Provide basic care and engage in supportive activities for residents.

What You'll Need

• Completed one-year vocational training in elderly care OR multiple years of experience in elderly care.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt to and utilize electronic documentation systems for care processes.
• High level of empathy and social competence in interactions with residents.
