Audio Visual (AV) / Video Teleconference (VTC) Technician with Security Clearance

Position Title: Audio Visual (AV) / Video Teleconference (VTC) Technician Location: Fort Benning, GA Clearance required: SECRET Scope of Work: Provides secure and non-secure AV/VTC customer support services for the VTC bridge and 100+ suites across the Fort Benning campus and off-site locations, including requirements determination, upgrades, troubleshooting, and installation.    Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Determine VTC suite upgrade requirements and provide Bills of Materials and Statements of Work.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and the Fort Benning NEC for CODEC connectivity and network compliance.
• Provide secure and non-secure support for the VTC bridge and 100+ suites, including off-site locations.
• Maintain a VTC suite tracking database and provide monthly updates to the COR.
• Troubleshoot, update, and test VTC equipment to maintain operational status; respond within 30 minutes to priority requests.
• Perform VTC and A/V suite installation (televisions, speakers, CODEC, cameras, cabling).
• At least 8 years of experience providing support for government networks
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification
• Active SECRET clearance in good standing on the first day of the contract
