Job Description
Seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with strong benefits administration domain knowledge and a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex initiatives involving multiple teams and business domains.
Define product scope, deliverables, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
Create and refine epics, user stories, and product requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, design, and engineering teams.
Connect business needs with technical components to deliver the right product and user experience.
Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Use AI-powered tools such as Cursor, Figma Make, Claude, and Gemini to create prototypes.
Required Skills:
10+ years of Product Management experience.
General benefits administration experience (mandatory).
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
Hands-on experience with product scope, epics, user stories, and deliverables.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Comfort using AI tools for prototyping.
COBRA or Consumer-Driven Health (CDH) plan experience.
