Oracle Fusion HCM Techno functional consultant

This is remote position with our direct FEDERAL client in SAN FRANCISCO

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Expert to lead implementations, integrations, upgrades, and production support across Oracle HCM Cloud and ERP environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, upgrades, configurations, testing, and deployments.
• Configure Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, and Time and Labor.
• Design and develop integrations using OIC, HDL, HCM Extracts, REST, SOAP, XML, and related technologies.
• Develop Fast Formulas, BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, and data conversion solutions.
• Integrate Oracle HCM with PeopleSoft, Maximo, ADP, UKG, Salesforce, Taleo, and other legacy systems.
• Manage enterprise structures, workforce structures, security roles, approvals, and data profiles.
• Lead technical design, requirements analysis, UAT, regression testing, cutover, and production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Provide solution architecture and technical guidance for Oracle HCM and ERP initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and 20+ years in Oracle technologies.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, and OTL.
• Extensive experience with OIC, HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS, SCM, Financials, and enterprise integrations.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP, SQL, PL/SQL, Java, XML, JSON, Oracle databases, and cloud platforms.
• Proven experience delivering complex implementations, integrations, upgrades, and production support.
• Preferred skills: Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM
