Sales Negotiator - West Nottingham

We are working with a leading independent estate agency to find an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful team in West Nottingham.

The Package

• Basic salary: £25,000-£28,000 depending on experience
• OTE: £40,000+
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am-2:00pm

About You

Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator with at least 1 year's estate agency experience who is confident dealing with buyers and sellers and motivated by delivering results.

You'll ideally have:

• At least 1 year's residential sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proven ability to generate and progress sales
• Excellent customer service skills
• A positive, target-driven attitude
• The ambition to maximise your earning potential
• A professional and confident approach

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, building strong relationships with vendors and buyers and identifying opportunities to maximise additional income through solicitors and financial services.
