Product Sales Specialist

We are seeking a Product Sales Specialist in Greensburg, PA The Product Sales Specialist is responsible for building relationships with new customers, maintaining current customer relationships, generating interest in upgrades, prospecting new sales leads, closing sales, and outbound cold calling. The Product Sales Specialist will have monthly sales goals, sales numbers, quotations, and outbound calls. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS -Promote products to current customers and new prospects.

• Prepare order quotations -Prospecting and relationship building with new customers and making connections with potential customers -Remain current on product knowledge to answer customers questions regarding availability, pricing, and product uses -Analyzing industry information and trends and identifying sales opportunities -Coordinate Teams meetings with current and new customers -Resolve customer issues and concerns according to company policies -Address customer shipping questions JOB QUALIFICATIONS -A minimum of 2 years over the phone product and/or sales experience is required -Proven experience in observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from relevant sources and utilizing the information to choose the best solutions and solve problems -Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills -Excellent organizational skills -Strong computer skills -Minimum High School diploma or equivalent, preferably 2 years of college -Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
