Inside Sales Representative - Wholesale Beverage Alcohol

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits seeks an Inside Sales Consultant to drive revenue growth across our leading wine and spirits portfolio. In this phone- and digitally focused role, you will manage a book of wholesale trade accounts, generate new business, and deepen relationships with retailers and on-premise customers. You will execute outbound calling campaigns, present promotions, and leverage CRM and sales analytics to prioritize opportunities. Working in a collaborative, people-first culture, you'll partner closely with field sales and marketing, receive robust training, and build a long-term career in beverage alcohol distribution.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of on- and off-premise accounts via phone and digital channels
• Generate new business and grow revenue with existing customers in the wholesale trade segment
• Promote Southern Glazer's portfolio of wine and spirits, aligning offers with customer needs
• Execute outbound calling campaigns, product promotions, and sales programs
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver responsive, professional service
• Use CRM tools to track activities, pipeline, and account performance
• Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and operations to support customer initiatives
• Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities and prioritize account outreach
• Educate customers on new products, pricing, and promotional programs
• Meet or exceed sales, volume, and activity targets while following compliance standards
