Job Description
Scope of the Role
As Human Resources Director, you will lead the full HR function for a multi-location community health center, ensuring compliant, consistent people practices that support organizational goals and employee effectiveness.
Direct and administer HR plans, policies, and procedures; Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, employee relations, investigations, and performance management

• Lead compensation strategy, salary analysis, and evaluation processes
• represent the organization in claims/hearings as applicable
• Supervise HR staff and maintain accurate HR records and reporting

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

• 5+ years in HR management in a 100+ employee organization
