DATA CONSULTANT
£300 PER DAY OUTSIDE IR35

3 MONTH CONTRACT
THE COMPANY:
A leading data and analytics consultancy is looking for a Data Consultant to support a range of client projects. The business works with a variety of well-known organisations, helping them use data to improve performance and deliver actionable insight.
THE ROLE:
This is a reporting-led contract role with some analysis, split across multiple client projects.
Around 50% of your time will be dedicated to one key client within the education sector, where you will support their reporting and analytical requirements. The remaining 50% will be split across other client projects, giving you exposure to a variety of reporting and analysis work.
You will work largely autonomously, managing your own workload and liaising directly with clients remotely.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain client reports and dashboards using Looker Studio
- Interpret paid media, website and campaign performance data
- Identify trends and provide clear insight into performance
- Clean and analyse customer data to deliver business insight
- Use Python and SQL to analyse large datasets
- Support reporting and analysis across multiple client projects
- Present findings clearly in client-facing meetings
- Explain technical concepts and analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong experience building and maintaining reports and dashboards in Looker Studio
- Experience working with paid media, website and campaign performance data
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Experience analysing large datasets
- Experience cleaning and analysing customer data, ideally with CRM experience
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Able to work autonomously with minimal day-to-day oversight
- Experience with GA4 and/or Google Tag Manager would be beneficial
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau would be advantageous
