IDAM Analyst/Engineer - Identity & Access Management - Liverpool

Liverpool | Hybrid Working | 12 Month Fixed Term Contract - Potential to go Permanent!

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Excellent Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join a growing technology team supporting a large, complex enterprise environment.

Working in a large Microsoft landscape, this role is ideal for someone with 12 - 24 months of IDAM, Service Desk, Infrastructure or IT Operations experience looking to develop their career within Identity & Access Management and Microsoft security technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes
• Assist with user provisioning and access management
• Maintain Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID accounts
• Support RBAC and access governance activities
• Assist with access reviews and PIM administration
• Support MFA and Conditional Access controls
• Maintain IAM documentation and procedures
• Support audit and compliance requests

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 12 months IT support, infrastructure, security or IAM experience
• Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
• Understanding of onboarding/offboarding processes
• Knowledge of access management and RBAC principles
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

Desirable:

• Basic PowerShell Scripting
• Exposure to Entra ID Governance
• Understanding of MFA and Conditional Access
• ITIL Foundation or Microsoft security certifications
