We want you to manage, optimise, and elevate the technology that powers our world class supply chain. This is not just a support role-it is a rare, hands on opportunity to master and fine tune a brand new suite of advanced technologies, including the Warehouse Management System (WMS), Warehouse Execution System (WES) and Robotics Control Systems (RCS).

More About the Role

As our DC Systems Manager, you will be a proactive leader supporting the operations team in delivering outstanding results by keeping our high velocity technological ecosystem running flawlessly. You will ensure that all on site systems, interfaces, and workflows are managed and maintained to the highest levels.

From systems troubleshooting during Go Live, to collaborating with external technology vendors, you will be the go to technical partner for a site designed to lead the logistics industry into tomorrow.

Your Key Spheres of Influence
  • System Optimisation: Own the operational performance of our newly implemented WMS, WES, and RCS. Optimise material and workflow logic to drive best in class Omni Channel DC performance.
  • Vendor & Asset Management: Partner with and review technology vendors against their contracted SLAs and KPIs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate closely with the Technology, Supply Chain CI, and Operations teams to map out business workflows and drive system enhancements.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Monitor, diagnose, and document operational system issues on the floor, working hand in hand with the broader IT and network infrastructure teams.
About you

You are a self starter with a unique blend of technical brilliance and operational grit. You love solving complex puzzles in real time, can present complex data in a highly logical way, and thrive in dynamic, fast paced environments.

Your Professional Toolkit
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, automated warehousing, or a high velocity logistics environment.
  • Systems Exposure: Proven exposure to Supply Chain systems (WMS, TMS, RCS) alongside strong SQL skills (essential). Exposure to SAP is highly regarded.
  • Methodologies: Strong background in business workflow mapping and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Education: Certificate I-IV or a Diploma/Degree (or equivalent industry experience) in Information Technology, Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or Supply Chain.
  • Key Attributes: Excellent written and verbal communication, a strong troubleshooting aptitude, and the natural leadership skills to guide operations teams through tech driven changes.
