IT Manager

Amazon is seeking an IT Manager to lead high-performing teams that deliver secure, scalable, and highly available IT services. You will own end-to-end infrastructure, networks, and end-user technologies that support global operations. In this customer-obsessed, data-driven environment, you'll use metrics to manage incident, change, and problem processes, drive automation, and optimize cost and performance. Partnering with business and engineering leaders, you'll shape the IT roadmap, mentor engineers, ensure compliance, and continuously improve reliability and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor IT engineers supporting Amazon teams and systems
• Oversee reliable, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure and services
• Own incident, change, and problem management using data-driven practices
• Partner with business and tech leaders to align IT roadmap with priorities
• Manage IT projects, budgets, vendors, and service-level performance
• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and audit requirements
• Report on KPIs and use metrics to prioritize investments and improvements
