Requirements

Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Basic computer and technology skills
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Help customers identify vehicles that fit their needs and budget
Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
Follow up with prospects and existing customers
Maintain product knowledge of Toyota vehicles and dealership services
Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance standards
Complete required sales documentation accurately and efficiently
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
