Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud implementation, customization, and optimization. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementation projects, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective Oracle ERP Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP Cloud implementation projects.

• Customize and optimize Oracle ERP Cloud solutions based on client requirements.

• Provide technical guidance and support throughout all project phases.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle ERP Cloud with existing systems.

• Conduct client training sessions and workshops on Oracle ERP Cloud functionalities.

• Stay updated on the latest Oracle ERP Cloud features and best practices.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience implementing Oracle ERP Cloud solutions.

• Expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud modules, including Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or HCM.

• In-depth understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud architecture and functionality.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills.

• Experience leading implementation projects and managing project timelines.

Preferred Qualification:

• Oracle Cloud certification in Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, or HCM.
